The process of purchasing land for a client involves: identifying requirements, searching for suitable lands, conducting due diligence on documents, negotiating terms and price, preparing a purchase agreement, completing the transaction, transferring the title, and assisting with post-purchase needs.

Preparing architectural and construction drawings involves: initial design phase, detailed design development, creating technical drawings and specifications, ensuring compliance with regulations, coordinating with consultants, creating construction documentation, bidding and contract phase, and providing construction administration.
